■IWASHI HEAD
Iwashi head has been designed especially for salt water game, a fish head type jig head. With a low centre of gravity its perfect for anything from mid-water to bottom bump fishing. It can be used for a wide range of targets, such as rockfish, sea bass, etc. An eyeless thick shank, hook with a sharp twisted point, make the hook hard for the fish to throw loose. On top of this, the hook has been nickel plated to make it strong and rust proof. The comparatively small hook in relation to the head size, allows you to cast out 4 inch soft lures to places that were up until now impossible. The "Press Edge Keeper" design also keeps the worm on the hook without taking away any of its detail. |

IWASHI HEAD is fitted with a slightly inward gfacing hook point. Typically when targetting fish that swallow the bait whole the hook becomes stuck in the back ofthe mouth, and the line is snapped at the mouth of the target fish. To prevent this happening, the hook shapes makes it hard to hook in he back of the mouth, sldiing across it will firmly hook once it reaches inside the mouth at the back of the fish's lip, for a firm secure hooking! |
