Remove the capsule from its sheet, as you would for any normal medicine. The capsule is full of the concentrated extract, so please be careful not to pull it apart. |

Put some capsules in the worm bag. For packs of 10 worms, under 3 inch worms require 1 capsule, 4-5 inch worms need 2 capsules, over 6 inch worms use roughly 3 capsules. |

Seal the worm package's plastic ziplock and break open the capsules by squeezing through the bag. Be careful not to rip the package with your fingernails |

Knead the package from the outside as to cover all the worms with the oil. Worms can be used immediately after coating but leaving them for 30mins will increase the effect. |
